I have just began walking to work mornings and evenings, 20 min each way. I walk fast as I can but I carry laptop bag on my shoulder. If I do this for 3 days a week will I begin to see any loss? I’m going to try jogging for 30 min on Saturdays as well.
I also do some leg raises and pushups every morning, trying to work my reps up, but I only do 1 set of each. I’m 25 and trying to lose about 25 lbs. If this isn’t enough I’m open to suggestions for extra things.
Oh and I try to avoid sweets except on weekends, stay away from fast food and hardly ever drink soda. Hope I covered everything.
Likely you will lose weight. I did the same walk in college and lost about 15-20 lbs.
